I've continued feasting. My weight hasn't changed much (yet), but I can feel all the toxins flowing within me. I've been eating too much meat. XD
Yesterday I went to an aunt's wedding. The dinner was filling, but spaced out over a few hours (people gave speeches between dishes). However, the night before, the couple treated their relatives an informal meal at some coffeeshop. There we ate tons of crab. 5 crabs per table of 10 people. I have never ate so much crab in my life before! 6 pieces..
Today's lunch was hefty too. I ate more meat again. Earlier tonight we treated back the newlyweds and their family (part of which was ours too, though I hardly know my extended family lol). We ate Indian food, and I had to try to finish up all the leftovers (adults eat less that teens). So yeah, I feel very unhealthy.
One of these days I'd have to do resolutions for the next year. Yet, I will not follow the traditional style, that is, typing out 'solutions to fix my life'. As though I even know how I can improve me. Rather, I will list out questions to which I need the answers to.
