RACIST HARMONIC DAY ROFL

Some runs are more difficult that others. Today I attempted 12km, but fell out at 10km. XD I think there'll be more physical training in camp next week. That's good, I'll be needing it. Another good thing about where I am now is that we run up and down hills. I don't get this kind of terrain where I live, so I'll have to enjoy this hills training while I can


Today's KS was fun! Although Jo was a bit lectury, at least we had good fellowship. Singing was great (:

I've realised that I often see too much incompetence in the people around me. Sometimes I criticize that, or attempt to correct it. Yet it comes to me that I am not so great either. I have to learn to treat others with humility and respect XD
