Praying before each paper.. though for once I really want A's, I have not dared ask for it yet
Okay something happened, and most of my post has vanished. Oh now I know.. malfunctioning tags. Retyping from memory..
Just over half the prelims is over. I fear to lose steam, but that may change with a night's rest. Today was Math, then Geography; more grueling than Tuesday (Physics, then Math). Especially because today's paper had all the statistics stuff in it. Oh, and here's an achievement! (in all sarcasm) I did my first ever CORRELATION & REGRESSION question during prelims! >_< Actually, that's not good, because I can't guarantee full marks.
Physical Geography went okay. I could write lengths for most questions. However, all the case studies I worked on yesterday were absolutely unused! Hours of research.. and memorising (and the sadistic task of noting death tolls). I'm guessing the Human Geography paper will require case studies to make up for the lack here.
So that's for prelim updates. There's more papers next week, but I get a break on Monday while a quarter of the cohort slog it out through H2 Chemistry and Economics. Hope nobody collapses!
I don't know why this weather paragraph has become standard, but here goes. Singapore is drier this week, but that's not news when compared to Sinlaku, a 125 km/h super-typhoon. Currently east of Taiwan and heading north, it is expected to maintain intensity for over 24 hours.
