A lament, dedicated to those sitting preliminary papers now.
This is our twelfth year of formal schooling, and it's now 1.5 years since JAE. Few of us will spend time now to look back, and see our youth departing with the onset of intensive stressing. Within this year, the weather grows wetter again, and we shall tread the wet ground each day to face test after test.
These papers may set many of us disappointed, or tire to the point of exhaustion. Will we pass? Regardless, let us revive after results, after September, and chiong one more time in our schooling life!
Summer has come and passed
The mediocre can never last
wake us up when september ends
like our seniors come to pass
one half years has gone so fast
wake us up when september ends
here comes the rain again
falling from the stars
drenched in our pain again
becoming who we are
as our memory rests
but never forgets what we lost
wake us up when september ends
summer has come and passed
the mediocre can never last
wake us up when september ends
ring out the bells again
like we did when spring began
wake us up when september ends
here comes the rain again
falling from the stars
drenched in our pain again
becoming who we are
as our memory rests
but never forgets what we lost
wake us up when september ends
Summer has come and passed
The mediocre can never last
wake us up when september ends
like our juniors come to pass
'leven years will go so fast
wake us up when prelim'ries end
wake us up when prelim'ries end
wake us up when prelim'ries end
