My weight has hit a new peak - 56kg. I must stop eating so much..! I haven't been feeling healthy at all these past few weeks. Everyday there's something wrong. Sometimes it's lack of sleep, sometimes it's flu or headache, and the occasional painful time in the toilet. I can't seem to focus either.

The mind needs to be renewed once more.
