Is it insomia? Usually when I can't sleep it's either because I took caffeine, or I'm restless because I didn't exercise. Yet these few nights I've been unable to sleep on alternate nights. Then the next night I just sleep easy because I'm short on sleep. I hope this cycle can just break.
I've finally started to revise intensively, starting with math. If I go at the rate of one topic a day, I should be able to cover A Level math and physics by the end of March. I could probably squeeze in O Level chemistry too. Perhaps stimulating my brain with this sort of work keeps it active and awake even when I'm suppose to sleep XD
I admit my diet isn't healthy. It's true that I've been eating more vegetables since I entered army, but I haven't been taking less meat or oil either, because cookhouse food isn't stingy on those. Do I have the will to change habits and eat less?
