Freedom ain't nothing..

in the sadness of time


Today was.. well I can't summarise it in a sentence. This morning I cycled off to camp to pick up some souvenoir. Apparently I've underestimated how much fitness I've lost, and became quite exhuasted on the way back. I felt like I was cycling slower than I could run. So I got caught in the rain, and came home much later than expected. >_<

Incidentally, the 80 cents coconut juice at Changi Village is absolutely delicious and worth it! I think the taste is improved because they mixed in dessicated coconut flesh.

Anyway, I had a medical examination at UHC. it's some preadmission screening for university. I arrived almost 2 hours late.. Well, I'm glad it's finished, now I don't have to worry about it disrupting my work schedule - actually my first booking was on my first day of work. I forgot about it, so I had to book today.


Tomorrow I'm leaving for Phuket. It'll be the first holiday with my entire family since about a year. Frankly I'm not into holidays, and I'm not sure what to do with all the time there. (and to think I can rant when I haven't even started packing yet!)


I checked today, and it turns out I'm not registered as a voter! So I'd have to miss this election :(
