One last try..
So I am here, typing, despite my body being almost broken (metaphorically). Yes, it has been a grueling day, even to the point where the PE teachers were commenting on how determined/foolhardy I was, while I was doing burpies. See, I was training during 3rd period PE although I had gone through NAPFA earlier in the morning.
NAPFA went well, I did okay for most stations. Sit-ups could've been better, but I've not trained properly for a long time. Pull-ups was a new record for me, 7, thanks to encouragement from Nicholas, Chien-He, and Chew Guan. However I could not make 222cm for Standing Broad Jump again. I'm still 20cm short of the standard.
Being the host for Robotics Challenge 2008 did not excuse me from manual labour. I did carry much heavy weight (especially a dustbin full of sillica oxide - sand) up the stairs while clearing up the place after the Challenge. I hope my back's alright, though I know that I will ache all over tomorrow anyway.
Remedial PE (or 3rd period PE) wasn't easy on me. Coming in a bit late, I did not join the main group but recieved a different set of instructions. Not sure how tough it was, but I felt my endurance tested. Next Friday is the last time the school will hold NAPFA. So I must pass by then!
