Aphelion

Here begins a new weblog! Now I never exactly reset my weblogs, rather I keep them as an archive. As a result I simply make new ones.

The skin here is white. Okay partly I've gotten bored of the colourful old one, but also I will now refuse the dark.

THIS DAY, TODAY, THE 4TH OF JULY, IS INDEPENDENCE DAY! Alright, I live in Singapore, so I guess that don't really matter. However, there is a reason why I chose this day to begin this weblog: APHELION. That word refers to the day in a year when the sun is furthest from the earth. Have you looked at the sun today? Aphelion occurs today. I just thought it interesting, and worthy to be used as an introduction.

As to posts proper, I've been receiving results, and they are not good (relative to me). I hope that I will be motivated to reclaim the standard I must reach. Beyond that, I am thankful to God that I did not failed my sciences.

EDIT: It is now night, I have returned from a farewell dinner with Horticulture Society (the seniors are now officially dismissed). I smell like a barbeque (for obvious reasons); I'll go shower and sleep soon.

Also today, I had a lot of exercise, though I admit I was far from peak perfomrance. My fitness now is actually quite poor. As a result of a bruised knee I did not train well for the latter half of last month. Still, I must pass NAPFA, or face the consequences.

I'll try to find time to improve this page soon! I have also set up another website for me to post essays/articles. First to find it and comment um.. will get a prize!
