Roots Sundered

This will be a very busy week. Then shall be a very busy month.

Today afternoon I discovered my precious saga sapling had been dug away. My grandmother thought it was a weed! argh. I've put it back into the soil, I hope it can regrow it's roots, else it dies.

I suppose this has, through satire, caused me to reflect. Like Jonah, I have more compassion on a plant than on people, and that is quite a flaw. Also, I just realised that I'm living (dying, rather) without my roots. I really don't know what to do here.

Anyway, this has reminded me to proceed with my saga project. I've gathered some seeds, and will try to germinate them. I found a heart-shaped seed too! I won't put it with the rest.

Now technically it's not monsoon yet, because the winds aren't blowing steadily from the north yet. It's has become wetter of late, though today was unusually dry. Okay, that's that for the weather paragraph.

The planning for the class chalet is sorting itself out. I suppose it's easier to garner support once we sound like we know what we're doing. I hope I do. Right now I'm concerned over whether I can make it to the wholesale centre and then to Pasir Ris in time for the 3.15 shuttle bus. oh and then there's the rain question too. Is the pit sheltered? I don't know, so I'll pray it won't rain.

I shall be going for the KS Retreat, CK Camp, and KSS Retreat next month (if the Lord wills thus). For the next 2 years, I may well be unable to attend any camp save one. No prizes for guessing which camp I get to join next year. I suppose, then, I'll spam my time on retreats this holiday. hm I may not go KS Retreat again either - getting too old already. hah~
