Thru' the Eye Wall

I am still filled with uncertainty..

It's 2 days into the A Levels, but the more harrowing days are over. 4 papers are over, and now I've a short break of 2 more days. In a sense I've made it past the eye wall of the storm, through the wind and the rain, and now there is a bit of calm within the centre. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, I'm using a tropical cyclone as an analogy!

Anyway, I had best spend the time on statistics. Judging from the difficulty level of math paper 1, they have shoved up the standard of math (probably due to the introduction of the Graphic Calculator, a no-brainer to use). hm. I don't feel very confident about physics now; stumbled by some questions. Still, I must look to the other papers.

Geography yesterday made my arm and palm ache. There's even a bruise on my index finger above the nail. Otherwise, I did as I usually try, though I managed to stuff in case studies. (plus Marina Barrage lolz) I over-wrote for General Paper, estimated at 1.3k words. XD Hopefully they won't penalise.

I've been using H-TWO-O as an energy booster just before an afternoon paper. heh it works to some extent. I hope I don't fall sick, though I wouldn't mind it too bad if it's just tomorrow.

I realised something as I prepared for exams.. Though it has been an eventful and challenging 2 years since O Levels, I have not grown in intellectually capacity. In fact, I have slowed down somewhat in mental sums and creativity, which peaked near PSLE. Maturity and wisdom? yes.. but that's experience, not mental prowess. I must be growing old..
